"STP Service" rents business applications in "cloud"

On August 14, 2014 DEPO Computers announced providing service of lease of the 1C: Accounting application as a part of a cloud platform of DEPO BPaaS of STP Service company.

Business process automation of customer company is constructed on solutions of a line of 1C. At the first stage of works on upgrade of IT infrastructure "STP Service" specialists of DEPO Cloud conducted a research of IT infrastructure of the customer and suggested to hold testing of a cloud service of DEPO vCash – lease of software of 1C from a cloud of DEPO Cloud located in the Russian data center belonging to DEPO Computers.

According to the results of testing offered the customer a cloud service of lease of ready jobs of employees in the form of a cloud platform of DEPO BPaaS (Business Platform as a Service) as a part of which:

• individual desktops,
• licenses for a packet of office applications of Microsoft Office,
• applications of 1C,
• general cloud storage of documents
• means of ensuring of secure remote access.

Project Results

In short terms the STP Service company received the ready, tested infrastructure of jobs in "cloud" of DEPO Cloud and considerably reduced costs for providing IT infrastructure of the company. Feature of the project - providing applications of 1C in lease model from a public cloud of DEPO Cloud.

According to the results of project implementation employees "STP Service" received the full-fledged information system for the solution of the business challenges including all necessary applications and conforming to all requirements of the customer. IT infrastructure charges are reduced. The high level of quality of provision of services approved within SLA guarantees to the Customer quick reaction on the arising issues and quick implementation of required changes.
