Yota Devices attracts contact center on outsourcing

On August 12, 2014 the Telecom-Express company announced the beginning of work as contact center of Yota Devices company since August 1, 2014.

Project Progress

According to the agreement between the companies, Telecom Express will provide the advanced solutions on interaction with consumers. In the project it is necessary to involve professional highly skilled operators, specialists with knowledge of English.

The outsourcing contact center will provide services:

  • Functioning and support of the entering and proceeding lines
  • Information service and customer support of Yota Devices online store
  • Processing of client complaints
  • Support in filling of registration forms and readdressing of information
  • IVR

Besides, Telecom Express it is necessary to perform monitoring of social networks, preparing for Yota Devices company regular analytical reports which can be used afterwards for development/correction of positioning, efficiency evaluation of marketing strategies, search of consumer preferences, etc.
