Sandoz (1C: Payroll and HR Management 8)

The Sandoz company entering into Novartis concern completed implementation of an automated system of personnel records based on the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product. The Homnet Consulting company (file) was attracted to project implementation. The Sandoz company develops, makes and supplies medicines, validity period of patent protection on which ended and also pharmaceutical and biotechnology active ingredients, to the market.

The project on system implementation started in July, 2008. Within the project examination of business processes of the company is conducted, problems which will be solved by the implemented system are defined. The list of business requirements to the new automation system is created.

Within the project settings of the specific personnel reporting are implemented, namely, the mechanism of calculation of vacation days is developed, the reporting block with specific analytics is created, the mechanism of personnel absences is optimized. Transfer of initial data in a new system is performed, user training is provided. Now in a system nine users work.
