On August 14, 2014 specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" was announced software implementation of "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" at Kmaruda plant.
Project Tasks
2.5 thousand employees work at plant. The salary of personnel is calculated taking into account wage rates, allowances and awards. A part of personnel goes to this or that production site depending on current demands of the enterprise. Work on different sections is rated unequally. For correct payroll calculation the enterprise needs to keep account actually of a worked time and wage rates on employees, changes and sections, including with harmful and difficult working conditions for which allowances to rates are provided. Besides, the possibility of the analysis of time worked employees is necessary to the company for system management of the motivation of personnel assuming more attractive compensation on the sections, most important for production.
Personnel department is obliged to create timely personnel orders, to plan and provide documentary maintenance of passing by employees of medical examinations, to make the reporting under military accounting.
Earlier to payroll and personnel management at the enterprise it was applied several information systems working independently. Many accounting transactions had to be executed manually. If the same data on the employee or his work were required for different services of the enterprise, it was not always possible to synchronize such data. At manual entry of the same data in the different systems there were errors and discrepancies. The information system which would allow to exclude repeated manual entry of the same data was required for the enterprise, to accelerate payroll calculation and the related taxes, to simplify conducting personnel records, to increase quality of planning of working time of employees, to lower load of specialists of economical service.
As a basis for a new system selected the solution "1C: Salary and Personnel management 8". The partner in implementation - the company "1C: The first BIT".
Project Progress
During the project 50 jobs are automated:
- personnel department,
- settlement department,
- group of accounting on calculation of taxes,
- economists
- timekeepers.
Project Results
Accurate accounting actually of a worked time and also wage rates and other indicators influencing payroll to the employees is provided. As a result time of payroll, insurance premiums and taxes on salary was reduced by 20%. Time for formation of the regulated reporting in regulatory authorities is reduced. Besides, in a system the mechanism of control of correctness of the entered data is implemented. It helped to reduce considerably quantity of errors at payroll and insurance premiums.
The plant's management has an opportunity to quickly analyze structure of wage fund in cuts:
- on production sites,
- to professions,
- to categories of positions.
It allowed to optimize the existing schemes of motivation of personnel on different production sites.
"1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 allowed us to automate the most part of the labor-consuming handwork connected with input of primary information, - Victor Khloponin, the head of information technology reported. - If earlier the most part of our time left on payroll calculation, insurance premiums and taxes, elimination of the revealed errors, then now these tasks are carried out much quicker. Specialists of HR department, economists of workshops and planning department specialists received means of the operational analysis necessary for them in work of information".
Using a system the plant's management had an opportunity to manage work of 1.5 thousand employees, to effectively redistribute them between production sites and without delays to calculate salary. A system allowed to implement new schemes of motivation and with their help to increase labor productivity of employees. Documentary maintenance of regular passing by employees of medical examinations and military accounting is provided.
