Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation attracts on service of the systems of the outsourcer

On August 18, 2014 it became known of signing of the contract on technical support services between GLOBUS-TELECOM companies and Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation. Contract amount exceeded 600 thousand rubles.

Project Tasks

According to the agreement, the contractor will provide technical support services of the hardware and software systems of the customer created on the SKIT platform.

In Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation two subsystems "MONASTERY" are operated:

• The uniform automated complex of control of active technical means and computing services "the MONASTERY. Monitoring", the providing continuous collecting, processing and flow analysis of information based on telematic system messages. "MONASTERY. Monitoring" reveals all incidents connected with a stop of services of the customer, violation of their functionality, insufficiency of disk space and other system mistakes.

• Complex "MONASTERY. The asset" is intended for technical accounting of resources of the computer network of the customer, allowing to make status reports on the software and the equipment.

Within the contract GLOBUS-TELECOM will provide necessary program updates, consultations, services in elimination of the errors revealed during operation of hardware and software systems of the customer and also service in recovery of their working capacity in case of an emergency situation.

The contract is signed according to the results of holding the auction electronically.
