Elektroholding implements the software complex from 1C

On August 19, 2014 the company announced the First BIT upgrade of an information system of Elektroholding company.

Project Tasks

After the analysis specialists of the First BIT of the information system operating in Elektroholding and requirements of the company, make the decision to be the basis for a new system of the program:

• "1C: Trade Management 8",
• "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8"
• "1C: Accounting 8".

The project task included transfer of necessary data of the customer from an old system new.

Project Progress

In the project progress of implementation of a new system specialists of the contractor provided software products, made their installation, completion and setup – according to specifics of activity of Elektroholding, – trained all users of a system, transferred all necessary data.

Project Results

For 30 employees of the trading company automated workplaces are created. In a system work: management, sales and purchasing managers, accountant officers.

At the expense of modern software solutions of 1C business processes trade and accounting are automated. A system provides sales processes, purchases, settlement with partners and suppliers.

Having created a new system based on modern software solutions, representatives of the First BIT provided an opportunity to receive the unrolled analytical reporting for the management of the trading company, organized automatic formation of supplier orders and reservation of goods.
