Within the project a number of tasks was implemented:
- Automation of process of work with requests from the moment of receipt of a request for transportation before order fulfillment. In a system the Requests add-on module is implemented that allows to conduct all incoming requests for transportation of goods in a binding to customer information and carriers and also to store the accompanying documentation and accounts.
- Planning and control of loading of logisticians. The software product allows to plan volumes of transportations for a month on the basis of historical data on the executed requests and also to distribute planned results on employees. The functionality of the solution gives the chance to appoint actionees of the request and to plan loading of logisticians and accountants.
- Workflow automation. The SofteX company performed settings of templates of agreements and supplementary agreements that allows to create automatically printed forms of documents which already contain necessary information on the partner or the request. The software product also gives the chance to conduct entering and proceeding correspondence and to store the scan copy of requests.
- Calculation of rates. Within the project the Rates add-on module thanks to which employees can calculate the transportation cost on the basis of information on rates and length of a route was implemented.
- Import and loading of the addresses from KLADR promotes timely and exact cargo delivery.
- Double-sided integration with the accounting system of 1C. Between systems data exchange on partners, contacts, invoices for payment, invoices, acts, agreements and products is made.
- Conducting internal cash accounting. The functionality of a system allows to display information on arrival, an expense, a remaining balance of cash in cash desks.
- Integration into the website and creation of a web office of the partner. In a personal web office from Terrasoft XRM the transportations given on a current status and settlement are tightened – thus, partners get continuous access to up-to-date information. Implementation of this functionality allowed to improve contractor interaction and to reduce loading of employees on working off of addresses from partners.
Effect of Terrasoft XRM implementation
System implementation of Terrasoft XRM brought to the company notable results:
- Consolidation of information on clients and transportations, possibility of control of task performance and quality of work of employees created conditions for expansion of presence of the company in regions and cost optimization on compensation.
- Automation of work with requests and possibility of planning of loading of logisticians allowed to provide quicker and more qualitatively services to clients.
