Choosing a Solution

Before the arriving requests were recorded only in Excel. Its opportunities did not allow without errors and to fully keep account of requests. For operational execution of the arriving requests for cargo transportation the decision to automate this process using the program "BIT was made. Forwarding. Multimodal transportations" – own development of the First BIT developed based on 1C: Enterprise platform 8.

Project Progress

Specialists of the First BIT configured access to the BIT general base. Forwarding from each office for creation of the unified information system of all branches of the company. Then workers Container Trance can be connected to the general server from any place at any time and obtain fresh data. Differentiation of user rights for gain of access control to information was entered.

Result

Within the project of automation employees of the First BIT completely fulfilled the main requirements of the management the Container Trance and developed:

• reports on debt to partners and receivables;
• the report on location of a load in the chosen timepoint;
• the sending module to the customer of the report about location in the Excel format by e-mail;
• report of the analysis of profitability of transportations.

Development Plans

The first BIT and the Container Trance will continue the general cooperation. In further plans setup of the BIT program. Forwarding under features of activity of the company.
