The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation implements technologies of budget planning

On August 18, 2014 the BFT company announced the kept project of automation of process of formation of justifications of budgetary appropriations of the draft budget, formation and conducting budget painting in the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

Project Tasks

Project objective – to create a common information space for interaction of departments of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation within a task of formation of extreme volumes of appropriations for the next financial year and planning period, justifications of budgetary appropriations. The project will help to provide requirements of the federal legislation, including the requirement of the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of 12/25/2013 No. 137n "About the Order of representation by the main managers of means of the federal budget of justifications of budgetary appropriations".

Project Progress

On August 18, 2014 the first two stages of the project are completed.

• More than 70 users - the staff of structural divisions are connected to a system Ministry of Education and Science Russia.
• In a system extreme volumes of budgetary appropriations are created. Work on formation of justifications of budgetary appropriations is conducted.
• The integration services providing interaction regarding the business processes automated by a system are developed for ensuring integration with the automated systems used in the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

Natalya Zeytenidi, the commercial director of BFT company, noted: "Implementation in the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of the similar project is of particular interest for a number of reasons. First, the project is unique and is implemented for the first time as it was developed by experts of our company especially for the ministry. Secondly, implementation of an automated system in the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation allows to continue active cooperation of BFT company with federal agencies – earlier projects in the different directions were implemented in the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation and also in the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation".
