Baykhanov Ismail Bautdinovich
Baykhanov Ismail Bautdinovich is the Minister of Education and Science of the Chechen Republic.
Biography
Ismail was born on December 14, 1967 in the village Bena Vedeno of the Nozhay-Yurtovsky Region of Chechen-Ingush ASSR.
In 1991 graduated from the Checheno-Ingush state university majoring in "Russian and literature, the Chechen language and literature".
From 1984 to 1989 worked as the tutor Bena-Vedeno of a school nursing home.
In 1989 and for 2000 Ismail worked as the teacher of history and social science of the Bena-Vedeno high school.
From 2000 to 2001 worked as the leading specialist of Committee of the Chechen Republic for religions.
In 2001 Baykhanov became the chief specialist of department of the Government of the Chechen Republic for religions, worked for 2004.
In 2004 graduated from the Makhachkala institute of finance and the right majoring in Law.
In 2004 underwent occupational retraining in the North Caucasian academy of public service in "The public and municipal administration".
Since 2004 Baykhanov is appointed the assistant to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Chechen Republic – the chief of staff of the President and the Government of the Chechen Republic.
From 2004 to 2012 worked as the chairman of Election commission of the Chechen Republic.
In 2013 received a position of the Minister of Education and Science of the Chechen Republic.
