On August 21, 2014 the NORBIT company and BrokerCreditService financial group (BKS) announced end of the joint project on development of automation of marketing campaigns and secondary sales on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
Project Tasks
In the system of customer interaction more than 900 employees work and development of the solution was required. The project team was faced by a task of automation of process of formation of individual offers on the basis of the data obtained from analytical CRM and the subsequent customer notification through several feedback channels. Development and deployment of this functionality the BKS Financial Group entrusted NORBIT companies.
Project Progress
Within the project it was necessary to implement functions of cross-campaigns and sales channels as in the operating room of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and to perform integration with the new system of analytical CRM implemented in BKS. Works were performed in interaction of specialists of the companies of the customer and contractor that helped with operational achievement of the designated purposes and qualitative indexes.
Project Results
In a system several channels of informing clients – communication with financial advisers, a personal account, Sms and e-mail are implemented. Such business process allows to create the individual client offer and to quickly direct it on the most convenient communication channel. Also there was a possibility of control of responses of clients to the received offers and trackings of activity on processing of addresses by employees of the front office.
Specialists of NORBIT company performed works on design of transition from Microsoft Dynamics CRM to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, transfer of the application and data migration.
