A system-112 - the hardware and software system solving problems of consolidation in a common information space of different services of the emergency reaction and providing automation of the basic business processes within functioning of uniform number "112".
The software product is developed according to standards and methodical instructions of Emercom of Russia, received the positive decision at profile institute of department.
Functionality
- call acceptance on uniform number "112" or using other means of communication – Internet, SMS, Web portal;
- information transfer in services of the corresponding emergency services on duty and dispatching;
- registration (maintaining cards of incidents) and information display about an event, object of monitoring and the subscriber on the electronic card;
- information and consulting service;
- notification of the population, enterprises, departments for different communication channels;
- control of actions of operators;
- formation of analytical and statistic reports.
