Automation of "HOMSTER" with ASTOR Ukraine In retail network "HOMSTER" the works on ERP system implementation "Retail chain stores of 7.0 Smarts Enterprise" were successfully completed. "HOMSTER" is a retail network proposing modern solutions for an interior. Today are automated and "Retail chain stores of 7.0 Smarts Enterprise" two large supermarkets and the distribution center to Kiev are controlled with the help of the software.

Choosing a Solution

Within transfer of the customer to a new solution of one of the major tasks was to save and use standard functionality operational and accounting. For accomplishment of this task ERP system business processes were corrected. These changes will not prevent further in any way and will not influence updating of the customer upon transition to new releases of the software product.

Result

After implementation "HOMSTER" had several advantages:

• the customer had an opportunity to classify reference books of the nomenclature on desirable characteristics: collection, material, color, form;
• the uniform base for accounting of the movement of goods, vendor interaction – therefore the customer obtains information, necessary for adoption of further solutions;
• formation of correct price policy, thanks to determination in real time of cost value of a remaining balance;
• an opportunity to predict sales;
• goods turnover rate control, operational data on excesses of goods and illiquid goods that gives the chance quickly and timely to correct a situation;
• in the distribution center such business processes as are automated: processing and accomplishment of requests for shipment, acceptance of goods and inventory;
• a possibility of booking, payment from buyers and the goods delivery to the client from the distribution center;
• formation of plano-grams of the layout of goods in trading floors and an opportunity to save them in a system.
