The Onlanta company (enters into LANIT group) provides support of the information system "Agreements and Coefficient Bonus-malus" of the Russian Association of Motor Insurers. Also support of the hardware-software platform providing functioning of a system is performed.
Insurance companies, calculating the cost of the CMTPL, check coefficient the "bonus-malus" of the insurer (lowering or raising an insurance premium depending on accident rate in previous periods) in the single database. The Uniform automated information system of the CMTPL (AIS CMTPL) developed for the Russian Association of Motor Insurers (RAMI) by specialists of LANIT company was for this purpose implemented.
Subsystem "Agreements and coefficient a bonus-malus" – a part of the uniform AIS CMTPL which allows to calculate the CMTPL rates taking into account insurance history of the driver. At the same time interaction between information systems RSA and Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for verification of data on maintenance inspection of vehicles is also provided.
LANIT company, providing support of a system, suggested to separate functions of the developer and the company which is directly performing operation of systems. The Russian Association of Motor Insurers supported it, and the LANIT company transferred functions to operating organization – Onlanta.
Onlanta it is responsible for ensuring availability and uninterrupted operation of work of a middle software according to SLA: performs monitoring of its working capacity, eliminates incidents, services and also advises the customer's specialists. The service includes work of the first, second and third support lines.
The first support line of Onlanta company provides uniform point of entry and registration in the ITSM system of addresses of users of a system – representatives of insurance companies. The technical support service executes primary diagnostics of addresses and sends them for the solution to the corresponding specialists.
The second and third support lines provide configuration management of the application, administration of access for users to functions; registration and service of requests for the improvement of the software which is not connected with expansion of the existing functionality. Also maintenance of documentation in current status, and the publication in the knowledge base is provided; consultations of specialists of insurance companies on formation of requests are performed. Onlanta also supports the network and server hardware and the system software.
