The winner of competition should deliver monthly within a year from 8 thousand to 60 thousand licenses to use of a product at the starting price of purchase 36 million.

The number of deliverable licenses approximately corresponds to number of comprehensive schools in Russia. The lower value of purchase is caused by the number of schools for which the РТКомм.РУ operator should filter traffic on services of already won competition in macroregional branch (MRF) of Rostelecom Center. 1.2 thousand more the operator should render to schools service in kontenty traffic filtering in MRF "Moscow".

In total the operator needs about 15 thousand licenses NetPolice ISP for the same number of schools.

At a victory of "РТКомм.РУ" in tender on traffic filtering of the schools connected to MRF "Volga", the operator needs 8.7 thousand more licenses. Transition to NetPolice ISP of MRF "South" and "Northwest" in which DNS filtering is now used is expected in September and will demand from 8.3 thousand to 10 thousand licenses.

"Tenders on traffic filtering did not appear in MRF "Siberia" and "Far East" yet, - Alexander Stepanov, the commercial director of "РТКомм.РУ" noted, - but if to announce them, then "РТКомм.РУ" will participate also in them. Using 60 thousand licenses it is possible to close the needs for filtering of all, about 50 thousand Russian schools, the centers of out-of-class education studying at home handicapped children, etc. The supplier will receive payment for licenses, proceeding from the actual number of the serviced objects".
