Smartec STNR-0841

The product line of the video writing equipment of the Smartec trademark was filled up in the summer of 2014 by the network STNR-0841 video recorders with 8 video/audio-channels for direct connection of IP cameras to them. New products provide record of video with the permission to Full HD and maximum speed to 30 fps on the canal and also support video analytics of the cameras Smartec of the NEYRO series. For flexible accumulation of capacity of STNR-0841 archive allow to set up to 3 SATA HDD in the body and also to connect external storage through e-SATA port. 8-channel video recorders are completed with managing software of NVR Manager which is intended for the organization and service of a multichannel video surveillance system. Besides, STNR-0841 have the built-in PoE-switch and 8 inputs / 1 exit of alarm.

Thanks to support of Peer-to-Peer technology new video recorders allow to connect IP cameras directly, excepting expenses on acquisition of the external network switch, and access to their settings and configuring is performed through the screen menu. Support of protocols of RTSP/ONVIF gives the chance to use these 8-channel video recorders not only with Smartec brand IP cameras, but also with the IP devices of third-party producers supporting these specifications. It should be noted that for simplification of installation of a video surveillance system a power supply on the connected cameras can it is performed directly from the 8-channel device on PoE technology.

The video with quality performs the HDTV 1080p video recorder on each involved channel therefore can work together with the megapixel IP cameras creating the image with the permission up to 1920х1080 px. At the same time writing rate in new devices makes 240 fps that corresponds to 30 fps on the canal. The built-in HDMI/VGA interface allows to connect 8-channel video recorders to monitors for watching "live" and/or archive video, and a Spot-exit of BNC is intended for full-screen display of video from the selected camera during STNR-0841 setup. For the purpose of reduction of loading of the processor and increase in high-speed performance of a system these 8-channel models can record to 2 flows video from each IP camera.

Flexible building of a videoarchive of STNR-0841 is performed by installation in its body to three SATA hard drives, and for connection to external storage video recorders have e-SATA port. 8-channel video recorders can conduct reproduction of archive video from the separate camera with the maximum parameters, and in need of simultaneous watching video from all cameras restriction or permissions to HD 720p or speed up to 120 fps is required. 8-channel video writer devices provide search of video fragments in archive on time, events, the calendar and metadata and also provide panoramic search with display to 16 video fragments.

As well as other Smartec video recorders of the STNR series, innovation perform full support of video analytics of corporate IP cameras of the NEYRO series. Thus, new 8-channel video recorders are capable to perform acceptance and processing of video analytical information, allow to perform search in a videoarchive of important fragments of video according to defined to events, registered in a video surveillance system. Besides, these 8-channel models can display in the full-screen mode the current video from all connected cameras with active functions of video analytics.

The free software NVR Manager which is included in STNR-0841 delivery allows to configure the video recorder and IP cameras connected to it and to administer the video surveillance system constructed on their base. It is software allows to perform via 8-channel video recorders video monitoring to several operators, to copy video files on the PC and also provides multichannel access on network to one or several video writer devices, etc. At the same time, remote access to the 8-channel video system is possible via the Web browser or from mobile devices on the IOS platform and Android for which client applications of this software product are intended.

The new network 8-channel Smartec STNR-0841 video recorders already came to the Russian market, and they can be purchased at retail at the price of 1,375 USD.
