On August 26, 2014 the SpaceTeam company announced an implementation project of a monitoring system and control of vehicles on the basis of GLONASS in in vehicle fleet of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

Project Results

Data on movement and technical condition of the departmental cars equipped with sets of the navigation and coherent GLONASS equipment in real time come to the dispatching center of department. Information obtained from a vehicle board provides full operating control over use of office transport.

Andrey Platonov, the CEO of Speystimservice company (is a part of "A SpaceTeam of holding", the solution GLONASS developer), noted: "Within system operation complete safety of transfer of navigation details from an aircraft equipment on the server is ensured that is paramount important in specifics of work of department. For these purposes the closed information transfer access point by means of cellular communication without a possibility of an exit in external networks, including the Internet is used. Besides, each car of the Ministry of Justice is controlled by a number of parameters, for example, the status of movement (location, the direction and motion speed)".

Within the carried-out tests of the GLONASS equipment the error at measurement of the passable way in kilometers (on condition of lack of shielding of satellite navigation signals) made no more than 5%.

The exchange STAB Liner 102 telematic service stations installed on cars of the Ministry of Justice are developed on a technology platform of "A SpaceTeam of holding". The GLONASS equipment allows to connect up to 12 peripheral devices via RS485 interface, to process data from a large number of the fuel level sensors (FLS), RFID readers and wire tags with a possibility of creation of analytical reports for any time frame, both on groups of vehicles, and on each car separately.
