The first BIT automated the project in Rosstayl company based on "BITS. Management of transport logistics"

Rosstayl works on high-quality improvement of internal business processes. In search of solving of tasks on improvement of delivery and increase in a customer loyalty, the management paid the attention to the program "BIT. Management of transport logistics", created by The First BIT company for automation of the companies specializing in intracity and regional delivery. The software solution helps to cope with the tasks connected with calculation of runs and planning to plan delivery and to create automatically routes. The plan fact mode allows to minimize costs and to raise efficiency of the enterprise.

Result

As a result of implementation it was succeeded to reduce time of creation of requests for transportations by 3 times and the number of the used transport without reduction of amount of transportations decreased.

Rosstayl purchased and independently installed the program in 27 workplaces. Training of employees in work with a new system was entrusted to specialists of the First BIT.

After implementation of the program "BIT. Management of transport logistics" formation of shipping requests accelerated from 6 to 2 o'clock. There was an opportunity without decrease in amount of transportations to reduce number of units of the used transport.
