JSC Poligrafkarton - one of the oldest enterprises of Russia for release of binding types of cardboard. 80 years work at the market of production of raw materials for a printed material. Products of the enterprise are intended for production of binding covers (covers) for textbooks, training programs and benefits, editions of fiction, dictionaries, children's literature, the popular scientific, reference media in a firm cover. Main activities of the enterprise:
- production of binding cardboard;
- production of boxed cardboard;
- production of fluting;
- production TIP (office supplies).
Choosing a Solution
In the spring of 2013 owing to need of consolidation of accounting, creation of uniform information base for all services, expanded automation of accounting, management accounting was decided to integrate work of all divisions in one system. A choice was made for benefit of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" as in the head company of holding this software is successfully implemented. "1C: Management of manufacturing enterprise 8" it was purchased at Aprel Soft LLC company.
Result
Within the cooperation agreement with Aprel Soft LLC company it was executed:
- Consultations on the choice of the software product for an optimal solution of tasks of the client and his shipment;
- Help in software installation;
- Preferential maintenance is performed.
Are made by forces of the staff of IT specialists:
- Setup of account policy of the enterprise;
- Setup of parameters of accounting;
- The rights and interfaces of users of a system are configured;
- Exchange between information bases is configured;
- Completion of a configuration under own needs is made. Additional processings, reports and printed forms are created.
A system passed all tests on serviceability, input of a system in commercial operation is provided. 70 jobs are at the moment automated.
Now subsystems are put into operation:
- Sales management;
- Purchase management;
- Pricing;
- Supply chain management;
- Cash management;
- Budgeting;
- Management of equipment downtimes (own development);
- Control of motor transport (own development).

- Project management;
- Sales planning;
- Production planning;
- Purchase planning.
