Biography

Was born on July 16, 1958 in Khabarovsk.

Education

Graduated from the Moscow cooperative institute of Centrosoyuz majoring in "Merchandizing and the organization of trade in food products".

Career

  • Was the Chairman of the Committee of consumer market and services of administration of Khabarovsk;
  • From 1998 to 2000 worked as the deputy manager of Department of defense industry and law enforcement agencies of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation;
  • In 2000 headed JSC Krasnoyarsknefteprodukt;
  • Since February, 2001 it was appointed the chief inspector, then the deputy chief of inspectorate for control of the Central bank of the Russian Federation and financial institutions of Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation;
  • Since June, 2007 - the deputy chief of inspectorate for control of monetary transactions, expenses on military and technical cooperation, sources of internal financing of the federal budget and receipt of a non-tax income of Inspection department of expenses of the federal budget on the international activity of Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation;
  • In September, 2007 it was appointed to the position of the acting as the first vice governor of the Sakhalin region; and for 2014 was the first deputy governor of the Sakhalin region. State councilor of the Russian Federation of 1 class.
