2023: Implementation of the allocation automation project for management accounting purposes

The following activities were carried out during the implementation process:

• Conducting a survey of business processes and software
• Set up and automate the rules for obtaining actual information for management accounting for each account and analytical indicator according to TA
• Update of the version of the subsystem "ITAN: Management Balance" within the framework of the configuration "Management of NPFs with EPU, revision 4.1
• Automated Mepping from EPU to Management Chart of Accounts with Advanced Analytics
• Add and configure Management Accounting Chart of Accounts and Management Accounting Sub-Contract Master Data
• Development and adjustment of functionality for creation of transactions in management accounting based on data uploaded from other 1C 8.3 configurations

Results obtained:

• Survey, writing of technical proposals (TP) for management accounting. Set up the link between the BU and CC accounts (including posting differences)
• Reference Book for Storing Expense Distribution Profiles
• Month-end closing documents to generate and store allocated amounts
• Account Mapping and Accounting and Management Accounting Analyst (OSBU) objects added and set up according to SOW
• Record keeping documentation
• User Group Training + Administrator Training
• Additional modifications and adjustments based on the results of trial operation

2017: Implementation of integrated management accounting

Taking into account the new Bank of Russia Regulations and the transition of the Fund to accounting under OSBU, it became necessary to finalize the existing accounting models and implement comprehensive management accounting, taking into account the new possibilities for detailing accounting according to OSBU standards.

New conditions and expanded capabilities of the tool "ITAN: Management Balance" will allow in a short time to automate the formation of comprehensive management reporting in the context of "Pension Products" on the basis of transformation from OSBU, primary RAS documents and necessary adjustments.

Adaptation of the subsystem "ITAN: Management Balance" to work with "1C: Management of NPF 4.0"

In July 2016, NPF Sberbank implemented a planned transition to a new version of the accounting program: 1C: Accounting 3.0 + 1C: Management of NPF 4.0, which includes the ITAN: Management Balance subsystem, this system is used for budgeting, treasury, contract management and management reporting of the Fund.

In connection with this update, it was also necessary to update the ITAN: Management Balance subsystem and support the Fund's specialists when switching to a new version.

The specialists of the ITAN company successfully completed these works, and without losing data and stopping accounting, they were able to update and adapt the ITAN system to work with the new version of the accounting program.

Implementing the Contract Location Accounting Tool

The accounting service needed a tool for accounting the location of contracts. In this regard, the specialists of the ITAN company proposed to implement a new component "Location" as part of the expansion of the subsystem of the "Document Regulations," which will record the appearance and change of the location of the original document of a certain type.

Within the framework of the project, the following was implemented:

• Loading from Excel.
• Group processing of data.
• Expanded Sighting Panels
• Updated Location Management Form "

2015: Project to automate the calculation of own funds

The accounting department of NPF Sberbank turned to the company "ITAN" to solve the problems of forming a complex balance sheet "Calculation of own funds." The following requirements were made to the report:

• The report is generated on any given date.
• The report is saved in the database by the key date.
• The report is based on accounting data.
• The Report shall provide for calculation of interest on deposits and coupon income on investments of the Fund's own funds.
• The indicators are reflected in accordance with the rules of Clauses 6, 7 and 8 of the Central Bank Ordinance of 07.10.2014. No. 3415-U.
• The report must be able to set a note to the report fields.
• The report shall have an interactive decoding of all settlement amounts up to the components.

All tasks of the reports were solved, and a qualitative report was submitted to the Customer meeting all the established requirements. "

Development of the "Contract Management" subsystem

ITAN has completed the development of the Contract Management subsystem for the tasks of Sberbank NPF for accounting for business contracts. Within the subsystem, it is planned to automate the accounting of contracts from tender processes to control the execution of the contract, and the integration of contracts with the Cash Management subsystem in terms of the payment calendar.

As a result of the setup, work was done on: preparing a test example of the system, setting up contract types, accounting for payment documents and accruals for contracts, modifying the report templates "Contract Register," "Contract Schedules" and "Contract Execution."

Setting Up the Online Cash Management Model

The company "ITAN" has completed a project to customize the model of operational cash management for the specifics of NPF Sberbank.

As a result of the project, the following works were carried out:

• The cash management model has been formalized;
• Added 4 additional characteristics to control budget limits;
• The reporting on the cash budget execution has been finalized;
• Payment transactions of applications for payments are divided into types of activities of the pension fund;
• Dynamic three-level routes of sighting of Payment Requests are set up;
• Record-level access is configured.

As a result, Sberbank NPF received a modern tool for budgeting, accounting and controlling funds in the company, in all its types of activities, in the context of the Central Federal District, regions, projects and budget items. The company "ITAN" supports and develops the system of budgeting funds of NPF Sberbank.
