December 2014 - February 2015

As a result of the improvements, the following tasks were solved:

• A new mechanism "Web Tasks" has appeared, which will allow you to view contracts, applications and budgets through the Internet, on any device. The mechanism is adapted for tablets and smartphones.
• In order to be able to compile, coordinate and prepare versions of documents, the mechanism of attached files has been finalized. New improvements will allow automatic preparation of versions of documents, their comparison (in the review mode) and management of relevance.
• The opportunity to forward the tasks of sighting and assigning pre-agreements to various employees in the process of negotiating and developing a contract has become new. Which simplifies communications during the sighting process, and allows you to manage the terms and lifecycle of the contract.
• The report "Register of Contracts" has been finalized. As a result, he became a workplace for managing enterprise contracts. Allows you to analyze the history of the creation and approval of the contract, the current status, the timing of the approval of the current sighting stage, and much more.
• The subsystem "Management Contracts" in Aktion-Development "was put into pilot operation.

February 2013 - January 2014

Specialists of the ITAN project department successfully completed the project on setting up and automation of the financial management system at AKTION-DEVELOPMENT and launched a system of budgeting, management accounting and budget control into industrial operation.

As a result of the "Model Project," the following units were automated:

• Management accounting and financial reporting (Balance sheet, GMS, DDS);
• Budgeting in the context of projects, articles and the Central Federal District;
• Plan Financial Statements (BDD, BDDD);
• Creation of applications for payments and their control over budget limits;
• Building payment calendar.

The implementation project was carried out according to the standard project methodology. The following works were performed by ITAN:

• Survey of AKTION-DEVELOPMENT Group business processes;
• Setting up the system "ITAN: Management Balance" according to the business processes of ACTION-DEVELOPMENT Group of Companies;
• Installation of the system "ETHAN: Management Balance";
• Training users to work with the program;
• Commissioning of the new system.

As a result, ACTION-DEVELOPMENT management received a modern tool for budgeting, accounting and controlling the holding's financial flows, for all its activities, operating, investment and financial, in terms of the Central Federal District, projects and budget items.

Now about 20 users work in a single information system, management receives operational information about the state of business processes of companies of the enterprise, management reporting is formed in an automated mode. Thanks to the replacement of the actual "manual" management accounting with a full-fledged automated system with a set of financial reports that we need, we were able to optimize many tasks and improve the quality of financial management of the enterprise.

The financial management system was put into industrial operation in 01.02.2014.
