MIEL-Nedvizhimost (Directum (EDMS/ECM system))

The MIEL holding works at the Russian market 21 years. The main activities of the company are the brokerage of a residential and commercial real estate, consulting, development and investments. The company performs the activity in all segments of the real estate market. Among them — primary and regular city and country market of the Moscow region and a number of the cities of Russia, the market of elite housing, a foreign and commercial real estate and also, low construction. The MIEL network consists more than of 100 offices of the real estate. It is the biggest federal network of offices of the real estate in the country. Offices are located in the Moscow region, in such cities of Russia as Omsk, Barnaul, Kemerovo, Rostov-on-Don and others. "MIEL" is among the largest companies of Russia according to the magazines "FORBES", "Finance" and to data of RA "Expert". One of the large projects implemented by "MIEL" now is construction of a residential makrorayon of "AVANGRAD" with a total area more than 1 mln sq.m in Omsk. "AVANGRAD" was recognized as the best town-planning project of 2009 among more than 70 town-planning projects from around the world.

System implementation of DIRECTUM began in October, 2011. For review, statements and testings of project solutions the joint working group was organized. Process automation of work with documents, including became a main objective of implementation:

• work with incoming documents: primary sorting and document classification, registration, execution control;
• work with outgoing documents: development, approval and registration of the document, organization of sending to the addressee;
• search of electronic documents and registration and control cards in different parameters;
• receiving necessary standard forms and magazines. Within automation the DIRECTUM RapID technology using which it will be possible to identify paper documents by the barcode is also implemented.

The purpose of a pilot project of automation of a contracted work on one agreement type is efficiency evaluation and determination of further possible ways of automation of a contracted work.
