Metrovagonmash automated processes of accounting of agreements and claims

On October 19, 2016 the AXELOT company announced completion of works on process automation of accounting of agreements and outgoing claims in the sample solution of JSC Metrovagonmash based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management configuration.

Choosing a Solution

JSC Metrovagonmash was required to optimize and automate the following business processes: accounting of agreements with partners, formation of documents according to lease agreements, calculation of payment schedules for agreements of debt obligations and accounting of dopretenzionny work and outgoing claims. As the contractor of the project the AXELOT company was selected.

Project Progress

Account in the company is kept in the sample solution Transmashholding based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management configuration. B the course of the project examination and formalization of the automated business processes were conducted. According to requirements routes of approval and right of access of users were configured. Specialists of AXELOT company provided personnel training, loading of data, necessary for work, and consulting services are rendered.

Project Results

Business process automation of calculation of payment schedules for agreements of debt obligations, to formation of documents according to lease agreements and accounting of dopretenzionny work and outgoing claims became a result of the project. Additional forms for documents were added, time of formation of accounting and reporting documents was considerably reduced.
