Choosing a Solution
JSC Valenta Pharm selected the Oracle CRM SaaS system as the most optimal for effective work of the medical representatives. Transition to the innovation CRM-platform with mobile access optimized work of staff of the company in 56 cities of Russia.
Project Progress
Oracle CRM "Valenta" started an effective monitoring system of activity of medical representatives, targetings of the customer base and increase in efficiency of promotion without deployment of the server based on the company. Also the staff of the company got the round-the-clock online access to base of the clients with relevant business information that it is especially important as Valenta works in different time zones.
Valenta uses industry solution for pharmaceutics of Oracle CRM SaaS with the analytical module and the version available both on the desktop systems, and on mobile devices that is convenient for exit work of employees. Mobile version works offline and provides access to base at any time and in any place, helping to increase efficiency and effectiveness of medical representatives and to considerably reduce temporary costs of each employee. Filling of information on results of a meeting happens directly after each visit, and synchronization of data is automatic after connection to the Internet.
Result
Start of a system in operation required seven months. The project team included representatives of Valenta companies, GetCRM having the status Oracle Gold Partner, and Oracle Consulting.
Involvement of the key medical representatives participating in a pilot project in training of other 95% of users became feature of the project that helped to increase efficiency of process and quicker to train end users. Implementation of Oracle CRM SaaS allowed to increase satisfaction of medical representatives with work with the CRM solution by 20%
