NPP Istok automated the project of IT outsourcing with MAYKOR company

In addition to service of video surveillance systems and access control the all-Russian service provider in the field of outsourcing IT and business processes provides to Source services in technical maintenance of the park of the multiple copying equipment.

Choosing a Solution

Partnership of MAYKOR and NPP Istok began in 2013 with the contract for service of video surveillance systems and access control. Within this agreement the outsourcer is responsible for regular carrying out scheduled, repair work and diagnostics of the equipment. These actions promote maintenance of stable work of security systems that is especially important for high technology production.

Project Progress

In 2014 NPP Istok signed with MAYKOR one more contract – on service more than one thousand units of the multiple copying equipment. Among tasks – routine and incidental technical maintenance, delivery and replacement of supplies.
