In July, 2014 INFOPRO Group completed the project on "turnkey" creation of a System of modeling, optimization of the modes and calculation of technical and economic indicators (SMOITEP) of the Chelyabinsk CHPP-2 of JSC Fortum with development of the design estimates. System implementation included project, installation and construction works, supply of equipment, materials and the software. As a result of creation SMOITEP the simulation model of combined heat and power plant which models hour parameter values of operation modes of the Chelyabinsk CHPP-2 is developed and also reduces material and power balances of the station. Besides, thanks to a system optimization functions of maximizing a marginal profit on sale of the electric power on RSV OREM are implemented and also distribution of an electric and heat load between the capital equipment of combined heat and power plant by criterion of minimization of fuel consumption is performed. In general system implementation allows to save every day fuel of the enterprise in quantity up to 0.6 percent that is confirmed officially by tests at commissioning of the project.
