The administration of the Tambov region completed implementation of VKS

On October 15, 2014 the Mind company announced implementation of server solution of a video conferencing by request of administration of the Tambov region. Implementation was carried out by TOGBU "Regional information and technical center".

Project Progress

The implementation project of program VKS of Mind is complete by the end of September, 2014.

Before implementation the Administration of the Tambov region a progressive tense used the hardware solution of VKS for holding meetings. The limited functionality did not allow to hold meetings and the training events most effectively due to the lack of a possibility of demonstration of a desktop, documents and software products. With respect thereto the administration made the decision to begin parallel use of the Mind VIDEOCONFERENCING software product. According to the results of testing the possibility of its work on low-speed communication channels without additional hardware, stability and broad functionality is confirmed.

Project Results

The video conferencing is used in administration of the Tambov region for holding meetings and the training actions.

After project completion of Mind company it is necessary to provide technical support of the solution VIDEOCONFERENCING, upgraded versions of a system. The administration of the Tambov region is going to expand, if necessary, the number of participants, to use a system as the platform for holding actions in the video conferencing mode for all governing bodies of the Tambov region.
