Avtodor state company and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd company. signed the agreement on cooperation in September, 2014.
The document was signed by the vice president of Avtodor State company for operator activity and information telecommunication technologies Konstantin Pashkevich and the vice president of Huawei He Dabin company (He Dabing).
"Avtodor and Huawei carried out comprehensive discussion and reached unanimous consent of rather potential cooperation", said in the text of the agreement. The parties noted desire to initiate cooperation in the area:

- Project implementations, providing creation of the uniform integrated information communications system of management of traffic and collecting of a payment on highways Avtodor.
- Information interchange for the purpose of synthesis of world and Russian experience, a mutually advantageous transfer of technologies and increase in efficiency of the innovation activity.
The agreement provides creation of the working group on cooperation into which qualified specialists from both parties will enter.
The signed document is not legally binding. Its provisions are only the current statement of intentions of the parties. Signing this agreement or holding further negotiations concerning the purposes specified in the document, any of the parties does not connect itself by any obligations to acceptance or abstention from any actions, negotiating only with other party, achievement and carrying out of any further agreements, or the introduction in any business relations.
The document becomes effective from signature date and will work within one year.
