Bell Integrator announced in September, 2014 successful integration with the System of complex monitoring of IT services of Raiffeisenbank Ltd of the products StruxureWare Data Center Operations (further SWDCO) APC by Schneider Electric companies intended for management of engineering infrastructure of DPCs, and Oracle Enterprise Manager (further OEM) used for management of program infrastructure.
The monitoring system of Raiffeisenbank Ltd was as a result improved, support in current status of all distributed infrastructure of DPC and also access for employees and the managing structure of IT departments to reliable and correct information about the complete list of IT assets of all IT services is provided.
At the first stage of the project specialists of Bell Integrator performed integration of a monitoring system of Raiffeisenbank Ltd with SWDCO. Successfully carried out integration allowed to fill the database of configuration units of a System of complex monitoring of IT services with information on the component structure of DPC, including the UPS, racks, hosts, PDU, conditioners, was transferred to the database of configuration units of a system of complex monitoring. Also necessary interrelations between IT infrastructure components were set. Accomplishment of these regulations allowed to increase efficiency of specialists of Raiffeisenbank Ltd.
At the second stage specialists of Bell Integrator integrated the solution OEM into the System of complex monitoring of IT services of Raiffeisenbank Ltd. The created solution allowed to fill the database of configuration units of a System of complex monitoring of IT services with information on component structure of Oracle databases and also to provide transfer of event information from OEM in the System of complex monitoring of IT services. As a result of integration the efficiency of identification of interrelation between the failures occurring in infrastructure of Oracle and components of infrastructure of IT increased.
