"Велосайт" is the network of bicycle shops, largest in Russia, offering a wide choice of bicycles, accessories and spare parts from producers of the leading world brands. Also the company is engaged in retail and other sports goods – snowboards, skis and alpine skiing equipment. At the same time products are sold both through retail stores, and on the Internet – goods are provided on 4 websites: bicycles, all for snowboarding, mountain skiing, fastenings and clothes, cross-country skis.

To manage to service a bigger number of clients, the company management in 2010 made the decision on implementation of the sall-center.

"The existing scheme of telephony based on automatic telephone exchange of Panasonic did not give the chance of removal of complete statistics and the reporting, we had no data on the lost calls. Third-party software which was integrated with automatic telephone exchange was used. – the head of IT department Semushkin Ilya Yuryevich tells, – With growth of quantity of calls and need of quality improvement of communication and customer service there was a question of implementation of the complete software solution.
