Virtual office

Includes the following basic components:

  • PAFES - the Address directory - the universal address directory allowing to find quickly necessary information on any context.
  • PAFES Documents is file storage with distribution of access rights and ample opportunities by grouping and search of files.
  • PAFES Message is the program of mailing of messages to users of Virtual office with reading control.
  • PAFES-TsUP is multi-user CRM (an interaction management system with clients) with a possibility of financial accounting. It allows not only to arrange your customer relations, but also to keep the analysis of your financial activities and to control settlement with partners and advance holders.
  • Administration - allows to manage easily access rights to different parts of Virtual office, without having special skills on administration of multi-user programs.

PAFES is the Address directory

It is the universal address directory, available on the Internet, allowing to find quickly necessary contact information

Along with traditional methods of search - on the first letter of a surname or according to any details of contact, the address directory offers the universal context search capable to find data on any context, whether it be a part of a surname, phone or e-mail.

The innovation interface of the address directory is intuitive, and does not require special skills on work with information systems and dopolnitelnog training.

Access to change of the address directory is regulated by the Administrator within uniform management of Virtual office.

PAFES Documents

This file storage available via the Internet with distribution of access rights.

To each user group in storage there corresponds the separate section (root directory) in which users acquire the rights according to the role in group. Roles are appointed by the Administrator within uniform management of Virtual office.

PAFES Documents has ample opportunities on search and grouping of files both in current, and in all enclosed directories. It is possible to display all files of the enclosed directories in one list and to sort them by name, to type, the size, date of creation or modification, and also to filter the list by any parameters of the file.

PAFES Message

Allows to publish corporate messages for users of Virtual office.

The published messages automatically are displayed in due time irrespective of with what part of Virtual office the user works. The message is displayed in a modal window, i.e. the user will not be able to continue work with Virtual office, will not confirm reading of the message yet. The author of messages can control time and the number of readings of each message by users.

The rights to access to messages depend on a role of the user and is regulated by the Administrator within uniform management of Virtual office.

PAFES of TsUP is project management center

PAFES of TsUP allows to manage effectively long projects in which the great number of employees and contractors participates.

PAFES of TsUP allows to conduct easily settlement with clients and contractors, to conduct settlings with advance holders and to exercise control and the analysis of financial activities of the enterprise.

PAFES of TsUP allows to attach an unlimited number of files to each project, a task, case, the partner and group. In combination with access rights of users of CRM, the flexible file storage available both from any workplace of office, and from the house or any other place where there is an Internet turns out.

In PAFES of TsUP the innovation interface developed especially for use in the information systems processing large volumes of information is used. This interface is intuitive and does not require special knowledge and skills for work.

Administration is Management of Virtual office

At Virtual office at the same time unlimited number of users can work. Users can have both complete, and limited access to data of office. To data the mechanism of separation of information into groups is the cornerstone of access isolation. Each user can be the member of several groups and have different access rights (roles) in each group.

The administrator of Virtual office creates groups and appoints the owner (administrator) of group who, in turn, receives full control over group and can appoint roles to other users in the group. Depending on a role, the user has full or limited access to accounting items in group.
