Digital Design implemented the project on optimization of parameters of system performance of HP of Service Manager for Baltika Brewery LLC

Within the project specialists of Digital Design company updated a test environment and performed migration of the HP SM system from version 9.21.113 on version 9.21.624. The project team of Digital Design carried out performance review of a system, recommendations about increase in its performance according to which necessary changes were made to system configuration are developed. Also updating of the integration HP Connect-It application to version 9.5 was performed and optimization of settings of integration of six different scenarios with mail IBM Lotus Notes system 8.5 is made.

Result

Step-by-step migration on more recent version software allowed to avoid errors in system operation at transfer of new functionality from a test environment in industrial and in integration scenarios. The carried-out works allowed to improve high-speed performance of a system. So, for example, opening time of "An address card" was reduced more than twice due to changes of logic of calculations of different parameters.

As Alexander Filippov, the manager on layer management of Baltika Brewery LLC IT service noted: "In a project deliverable we managed to make the tool providing efficiency, controllability and transparency of work of IT department, more convenient thanks to what we achieved quality improvement of IT support of core business".
