Choosing a Solution

In 2013 the company management made the decision on consolidation of information bases and replacement of separate automated control systems and accounting on the single modern solution. Performance improvement and efficiency of planning and resource management of the company was the purpose of such transition. Considering the previous positive experience with automated systems on the 1C: Enterprise platform and the recommendation of colleagues, as base for creation of a single corporate system specialists and top management of the company selected the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 1.3". For development and deployment of a system the AXELOT company, years working hard at the market of information technologies and successfully implemented a large number of projects for large holdings was invited.

Project Progress

Specialists of AXELOT organized delivery of the software, conducted preliminary survey of subjects of business process automation, adapted the standard software product for specifics of JSC IESK, unrolled a corporate system in 400 workplaces, trained users in work with a new system. At the end of June, 2014 start of a single corporate system based on "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 1.3" in commercial operation took place. Now specialists of AXELOT advise JSC IESK on methodical and technical issues of work with the implemented solution.

On project deliverables the following processes and sections of activity of the company were automated:

  • logistics;
  • accounting and tax accounting;
  • accounting of inventory items and stocks;
  • accounting according to IFRS;
  • cost accounting;
  • construction department.

Result

As a result of the done work a common information space for display of financial and economic activity of the company is created. At the same time access to the stored data and also possibilities of these or those actions are accurately differentiated depending on the status of workers.

Thanks to a new information system business processes of the enterprise were optimized and, as a result, operating costs are reduced. Due to access control by different criteria safety of storage of commercial data increased. Use of the single software solution allowed to introduce more effective accounting system and to adjust operational information exchange between employees.
