This complex is intended for receiving objective statistical data, current and historical, necessary for optimization of structure and representation of content of web resources of bank, including the systems of Internet and mobile banking, for the purpose of increase in retail sales of banking products on the Internet.
Goals and Objectives
The software version of WebTrends Analytics On-Premise which is completely set on servers in corporate network JSC Promsvyazbank allows to fulfill the requirements of FZ-152 regarding personal data protection of users, without using any cloud systems and storages. All collected data do not leave limits of the internal protected network of bank.
Project Progress
The WebTrends Analytics system is implemented in products and services of electronic business of PSB by specialists of Quarta Technologies company – the certified partner of WebTrends.
Result
Within project implementation by specialists Quarta Technologies together with IT department of Promsvyazbank the project solution was developed, all components the WebTrends Analytics On-Premise systems are unrolled and customized, a series of the training consultations for the staff of department of retail Internet banking on effective use of web analytics of WebTrends is carried out.
