SAP AR Warehouse Picker is a product for execution of necessary tasks using the smart points increasing contextual knowledge of employees - workers of a warehouse, performance of their work and the security level.
On September 15, 2014 the SAP company submitted the new application of augmented reality [1] of Warehouse Picker.
This mobile application operating in the hands free mode, according to developers, should increase convenience of work, simplify and improve workflow:
- will allow to hold hands free due to use of technologies of visualization,
- scan and distinguish a voice for obtaining instructions and data entry;
- provide to warehouse workers the information on placement of stocks and the instruction for maintenance accomplishment,
- display messages about security measures for prevention of accidents and other warnings;
- will increase convenience of work at the expense of the planned authorization simplification as with smart points users should not enter for login neither a user name with the password, nor other similar information.
