In 2010-2013 the IBS company already performed support of a system of SAP in DSK-2 company. During this cooperation the IBS company proved as the reliable partner in the field of IT outsourcing.
In 2013 in connection with consolidation DSK-2 and DSK-3 the implementation project of the unified information system of management on the SAP platform which users in total were more than 900 people was let into one legal entity at the enterprises. Before project completion of implementation and the beginning of its commercial operation the PIK Group announced competition at choice of service provider of support of an integrated system in which about 10 companies took part.
The winner of competition recognized the IBS company which offered to PIK Group well worked agreement on the service level (SLA) with accurately registered parameters of rendering services, financial guarantees of operability of a system, the minimum cost of service. Besides, IBS guaranteed the shortest terms of deployment of service, and imperceptible transition against implementation to support. After completion of implementation of an information system by the company integrator, specialists of IBS accepted a system on maintenance. Thanks to unique technology of acceptance on maintenance, process of transfer of a system from the company integrator took several days, it was imperceptible for users and did not involve additional finance costs from PIK Group.
The IBS company within the outsourcing contract provides for PIK Group services of consulting user support, functional support and development of the implemented solution on the SAP platform.
Herman Solodovnik, the associate director of DIT PIK Group, commented on signing of the contract: "Our purpose of transfer of maintenance of an information system – to reduce costs on maintenance of outsourcing and to make the cost of ownership of a system more transparent and controlled.
