Choosing a Solution
The management of bank, according to the strategy of promotion of business of bank on Russian and international financial the markets, made the decision on development of network of regional offices of financial institution in 2014. As the regional program in a modern history of Rossiyskiy Kredit Bank occupied one of key places, functions of IT support of employees of the bank at new offices were transferred on outsourcing. Based on the closed competition held by bank, these tasks were charged to Onlanta company.
Result
The project on implementation of IT support for this day consists of two structurally connected parts. When entering new office platform in operation specialists of Onlanta company book its audit, prepare technical premises, perform installation of communication and network equipment, set, connect and set up the automated workplace and peripheral equipment.
Then the office is transferred to regular support. Specialists of the company process requests of users, react to incidents, carry out scheduled inspections of operability of software and the equipment, maintain operability of the printing equipment, carry out works on dismantling, transfer and the organization of jobs of users and also replacement and repair of the equipment.
Also experts of Onlanta company diagnose faults, prepare recommendations about failure handling in work program and the hardware, provide to the customer regular reports, and if necessary create offers on upgrade of the operated equipment.
