Latista

Latista is a product for management of construction works, it is founded on cloud computing.

The cloud Latista system is intended for construction management of difficult constructions — stadiums, data centers, residential complexes, industrial facilities, medical institutions, etc.

Latista is delivered according to the SaaS model. Access to "cloud" is implemented by two methods:

• via the browser of any platform (iOS, Android, MacOS, Windows).
• using mobile application for iOS. Mobile applications are developed for Android and Windows, their release is planned for 2014.

The functionality of the application is reduced in comparison with functionality of the browser version, first of all in the field of depth of report settings and generation of forms. The functionality for tasks which solution is required directly on a building site — conducting inspections, creation of notes on subquality work and violations, instructions to correction, access to all array of documentation is provided, including both the PDF versions of drawings and documents, and the three-dimensional BIM models (Building Information Modeling — "information modeling of the building"). The application is written taking into account an opportunity for work in a standalone mode, without permanent connection to the Internet.

Latista uses independently developed modules for rendering both the PDF files, and three-dimensional models of the buildings storing complete information on a construction from its walls and overlappings to the engineering systems. Standard means of drawing do not cope with this task.

In Russia sales of Latista started in 2012.

For September 16, 2014 the solution exists in two language versions — Russian and English. Development of Latista is conducted in the Textura center in Obninsk (Kaluga region).
