On JSC Admiralty Shipyards the boxed EDMS/ECM system of DocSpace is implemented

6/3/15. The Conteq company announced implementation of a boxed EDMS/ECM system of DocSpace in JSC Admiralty Shipyards company.

The complete implementation project, starting with the analysis of hardware-software infrastructure and installation of a system, proceeded 1.5 months and was conducted independently by the staff of IT department of shipyards.

The web focused DocSpace electronic document management system created on the portal SharePoint platform became the best solution for the divisions located in the territory in 65 Hectares. Now all staff of the enterprise works in a single system of document handling. A system allows to create, register, quickly to approve, deliver and perform documents.

Implementation of a boxed electronic document management system of DocSpace considerably reduced labor input of accomplishment of key transactions of secretaries, increased efficiency of consideration of documents and acceptance of management decisions, control over execution of documents amplified.

Except standard functionality, process of formation and approval of admissions for checkpoints is completely implemented. Duration of an execution of the request was reduced several times due to carrying out approval in electronic form and a complete elimination of paper carriers.

Work of office is completely automated, the task of paperless operational approval of requests on the admission is solved.
