Project Results:

The software product is implemented on the specified sections of automation and works in the mode of commercial operation. Users work in the unified information system, the management obtains operational information about a status of business processes of the enterprise.

Need of implementation of the new software product automating accounting of business activities of the enterprise was caused by requirement of the solution of the following tasks:

  • replacement of the obsolete software;
  • consolidation of work of all accounting departments of the enterprise in a single system for obtaining uniform reports on different activities;
  • acceleration of formation of the operational reporting.

As the software product capable to solve assigned tasks the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was selected.

Works on automation were performed by specialists of RITs company - Competence Center on production of 1C Company in Yekaterinburg.

During the project specialists of RITs company conducted examination of the enterprise, development of technical specifications, input of initial data and data transfer are executed of an old system, setup, development and system testing, are trained users. Since April, 2012 the software product works in the mode of commercial operation. Now 30 jobs are automated.

The following subsystems are at the moment put into operation:

  • purchase management;
  • inventory management;
  • sales management;
  • management of settlement;
  • cash management;
  • cost management and cost accounting;
  • accounting and tax accounting.
