Nitrogen Mining Service (1C:Enterprise 8.3)

The Following Functions Were Automated:

• Maintaining agreements and settlement with partners;
• Sales management;
• Inventory management and warehouse;
• Purchase management;
• Cash management;
• Accounting;
• Personnel records;
• Payroll (including calculation of a piece-work pay of boring workers and blasters);
• Production planning;
• Production management;
• The address cost accounting on the maintenance of motor transport and subsequent distribution of costs for job cost;
• Calculation of actual cost of products and services (several repartitions: production of components of explosives; production of explosives; services in well-drilling; services in preparation and carrying out explosive works; services in cutting of not dimensions; transport services) with detailing on buyers and sections of drilling-and-blasting works.

A system works in the mode of the distributed information base – the central office in Moscow and production in the Kemerovo region. In the Kemerovo region there are two remote sections – in Berezovsky and Prokopyevsk which work in the terminal mode.

Project Results:

The software product is implemented on the specified sections of automation and works in the mode of commercial operation. The quality of information increased, the set-up time of documents and the reporting was reduced, the transparency of accounting increased, users work in the modern unified information system which is regularly updated, calculation of income tax is automated.
