On September 19, 2014 the CTI company announced completion of complex works on upgrade of call center by request of Bashinformsvyaz company.
Project Results
The CTI company implemented the complete solution on upgrade of call processing and monitoring of data of the contact center expected 125 operators. Works on transfer of the TsOV servers on the virtual platform with updating of the version of UCCE to 9.0 are carried out. Within the project underwent also updates of subsystems of intellectual routing of calls with preserving of the current number of jobs of operators, the interactive voice reference of Cisco IP IVR, outgoing call-down of CTI Outbound and a subsystem of an automated workplace of CTI Agent Desktop operators. The centralized system of statistics and reporting of contact center of Cisco Unified Intelligent Center 9.0 is installed.
The works performed during the project helped Bashinformsvyaz company to optimize processing of incoming calls, to organize reporting system and monitoring of calls.
