TeamViewer provided specialists of "hotline" of Inteza Bank remote access to computers of clients

Using TeamViewer consultants help clients of bank to understand work of the electronic bank allowing to make payments, to control account balances and to interact with bank without visit of departments.

Except directly remote access to the client's computer, during the sessions with clients TeamViewer allows employees of the bank to perform also other functions:

  • transfer files from the computer of the employee of the bank on the client's computer and vice versa directly through the program of remote access,
  • make a screenshot of the screen and at once to save it in the file. It is convenient when it is necessary to collect information on an error and to transfer her to the developer for testing,
  • optimize a program runtime, for example, to hide wall-paper of a desktop of the client, having replaced them with a black background. It allows to be guided quicker and better on a desktop of the remote computer,
  • make a session video. This function is useful at the solution of critical tasks when record of the done actions can be necessary afterwards at solution to the conflicts and disputes.
  • "The interface and functionality of the program is clear and simple therefore for the IT specialist it is possible to master him independently. Besides, process of connection to the remote computer is also most convenient for all clients", – Boris Golovatskikh notes.

"Sometimes in work of operators there are situations at which it is difficult to explain to the client an algorithm of solution owing to its complexity. In such cases of software TeamViewer allows the employee of the bank – from the written consent of the client – to be connected far off to the client computer and to perform inspection of the computer, and sometimes and to perform necessary operations for the client. All this considerably accelerates process of problem solving of users", - the director of the department of information technologies of Inteza Bank Boris Golovatskikh tells.
