Gazprom Neft starts implementation of virtual DWH

On September 22, 2014 it became known of the beginning of the project the companies "Asteros" and Hitachi Data Systems, in interests Gazprom Neft within which it is necessary to implement the new platform Hitachi Virtual Storage Platform G1000.

Project Tasks

The program of global transformation of the IT platform of Gazprom Neft is initiated for the solution of both the current, and strategic tasks of the company. In Gazprom Neft it is necessary to create a unified environment of storage for all types of data using technologies of virtualization. For this purpose selected the powerful failsafe Hitachi Virtual Storage Platform G1000 platform. The partner in the project the Asteros group.
