Lipetsk Energy Retail Company created own center of billing printing based on Xerox

Within the project two monochrome Xerox Nuvera 120 CFM , the folder inserting machine Kern PageMailer Solo and the software solution "Managing Information System" Xerox allowing to automate process of creation and sending payment advices were installed, reported CNews in Xerox company.

Project Progress

Installation was executed by the partner of Xerox — Digital Service company. LESK is the guaranteeing electricity provider in the territory of the Lipetsk region. The customer base of LESK constantly extends and 14 thousand organizations and more than 550 thousand individuals include. Long time the company transferred printing of payment orders on outsourcing of the third-party company, however it led to increase in terms of accomplishment of orders, high expenses and lack of control of all production process of departures. To optimize accomplishment of these tasks, the management of LESK made the decision to create own printing center. The company gave preference in an analysis result of the market and comparison of proposals of suppliers to the hardware-software solution of Xerox.

On a response LESK, the company were attracted by the technical characteristics and reliability of machines of the Xerox Nuvera family shown by them at operation in other power supply companies. Thanks to the FreeFlow controller of the Xerox Nuvera 120 CFM prints with a high speed of 120 pages per minute, irrespective of complexity of tasks. At the same time a system provides the printing quality which is not conceding offset at the expense of permission to 4800 x 600 dpi and application of chemically grown up EA toner. In turn, specialized software of penal correction system from Xerox controls all process of creation and sending payment orders, allowing to automate production processes and quality control of receipts.

Result

Implementation of the complete solution Xerox allowed LESK to reduce twice time of production of receipts and three times to reduce the cost of one copy, noted in Xerox. Besides, performance and simplicity of operation of installed solutions allowed the company not only to carry out the internal tasks, but also to render to other organizations services in production of printed materials.
