On September 23, 2014 department of I-Teco Group - I-Teco Business Consulting announced completion of works on system implementation of management of project activity on the Microsoft Enterprise Project Management 2013 platform (MS EPM) in VTB 24 bank.

Project Results

"The implemented project on implementation of MS EPM along with the set of normative and procedural documentation existing in VTB 24 will allow the management of bank to approve the weighed and effective solutions concerning distribution of employees by projects and requests, to control the project progress, to guarantee operational informing on new appointments, thereby having provided our management with a number of competitive advantages, – Elena Sedova, the chief of project office of department of banking and information technologies of VTB 24 bank noted. – The I-Teco company proved as the reliable and experienced partner capable to work in a command and to professionally solve the tasks of any level of complexity set by us".

Specialists of I-Teco Business Consulting will continue to perform technical support of a management system for project activity in VTB 24 and to service change requests or completion of functionality.

As a result of the executed project control functions by projects and requests for software customization and a technique of assessment of a portfolio of IT projects are automated.
