History
In the history of the company it is possible to select two stages: 1 stage — the history of JSC Belgorodenergo before reorganization (till April 1, 2005); The 2nd stage — the history of JSC Belgorodenergo (JSC Korporativnye servisnye sistemy), after reorganization.
1961-2005
1961 became history of the Belgorod power as year of birth of district power management of Belgorodenergo. Were defined by the main objectives of the newly created enterprise: ensuring reliable power supply of the industry, agriculture, social and cultural facilities, development of power of area. Were a part of REU "Belgorodenergo": Belgorod TsES, Gubkinsky combined heat and power plant and enterprise of the high-voltage electric networks. Extent of networks of 110 kV then was 751 km, a loading maximum — 114 MW, net electricity supply — 743 million kWh.
On March 1, 1993 based on production association of power and electrification of Belgorodenergo the State committee of the Russian Federation on management of state property of the Belgorod region founded open joint stock company of power and electrification of Belgorodenergo.

Besides, a number of departments and services of the power company were selected in the isolated structural divisions and further — in branches.
In 2004 society underwent the numerous structural changes including connected with branches. In June, 2004 state registration of 100 % of the affiliated enterprise JSC Belgorodenergoservice created at the expense of property of Uchetenergoservice branch is performed afterwards liquidation of this branch is registered.
On October 1, 2004 the first stage of reforming of the company is performed, namely are registered as legal entities of society, selected from JSC Belgorodenergo: JSC Belgorod Retail Company and JSC Heat Power Company. Thus, the first steps in the direction of separation of the industry on naturally — exclusive and competitive types of activity, creation of a system of the effective market relations are taken in competitive types of activity. Since October 1 a core activity of JSC Belgorodenergo is transfer and distribution of electrical energy by the electric networks.
On April 1, 2005 registration of the joint-stock companies JSC Electric Grid Company and JSC Belgorod Trunk Network Company selected from JSC Belgorodenergo is made. From this point Society is completely reorganized which core activity is rendering services.
2005-2008
On May 18, 2005 at annual general shareholder meeting JSC Belgorodenergo the decision on renaming of Society into JSC Korporativnye servisnye sistemy was made. The name "Belgorodenergo" registered as the trademark is transferred to one of the selected Societies of JSC Electric Grid Company (which was renamed 8/5/2005 into JSC Belgorodenergo). Society signs service agreements on rendering services with the selected Societies: JSC Belgorod Retail Company, JSC Belgorod Trunk Network Company.
