Edisoft was implemented by EDI provider in network of supermarkets Star

Through the Edisoft platform several dozens of suppliers will exchange electronic documents with the retailer.

In the closest plans of network – transition to legal significant electronic document management – Edisoft already began development of individual functionality. Shortly Star is going to begin to exchange elektronnymischetami-invoices and electronic waybills. Meanwhile the network of supermarkets Star exchanges the following types of EDI of messages with suppliers:

• ORDERS is the purchase order of products which contains an order number, date and time of delivery, the link to a delivery agreement number, participants identifiers and information on order contents.
• ORDRSP is order confirmation in which the supplier confirms or does not confirm delivery of this or that goods item.
• DESADV is the shipping notification which contains up-to-date information about the actual shipment of goods from a warehouse of the supplier
• RECADV is the notification on receiving, forms automatically on the basis of goods acceptance. The document contains information on actually accepted products that allows the supplier even before return of the machine to find information on the actual acceptance and to create correct the invoice.

Considering specifics of retail chain stores, specialists of Edisoft made several individual preferences – different filters, automatic reconciliation of goods quantity and its price and also automatic repeated unloading of the corrected orders.
