1C of InduLink MS is the module of integration MasterSCADA and 1C

Implementation of automatic data exchange between the information systems MasterSCADA and 1C is a necessary step on the way of creation of the unified information system at the enterprise. Such system allows to obtain the most complete and up-to-date information from the general source and to make the most right and timely management decisions.

Data exchange of systems PCS, ASCAPC with the accounting systems of 1C architecturally are implemented by modules of addition to standard configurations 1C. At installation these modules are built in directly configurations of database 1C. It provides their maximum integration with the accounting system. At the same time standard configuration 1C architecturally saves autonomy that significantly facilitates its technical support. For example, updating of standard configuration 1C is made irrespective of data exchange modules. It allows to set updates 1C in time and without labor-consuming synchronization of a program code.

1C of InduLink MS allows to integrate MasterSCADA with any configurations 1C. But use of MasterSCADA with the configuration 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 intended for automation of accounting at manufacturing enterprises will be the most effective.

Using modules 1C double-sided exchange of all necessary information of databases of MasterSCADA and 1C is implemented by InduLink MS in the automatic mode. At the same time 1C does not interfere with work of systems in any way under control of MasterSCADA which reliability of work remains at the same high level.

Modules 1C of InduLink MS provide exchange between MasterSCADA and 1C of those data which are necessary in a specific system. Use of the offered product is most demanded when implementing accounting of resources, systems of operational management of the enterprises, in the productions which are turning out products under the order on specific compoundings or complete sets.

So, for accounting of an expense of resources of manufacturing enterprises (as power, fuel, and material flows) from MasterSCADA integrated or mean values of expenses for the set periods, information on exceeding of limits, etc. can be transmitted to 1C.

Compoundings of products, task for production volume, the list of the executed transactions, etc., and back to arrive expense information of materials or component parts, production volume can be transferred in production systems from 1C in MasterSCADA.

Information on the planned loading of the equipment, planned transactions of maintenance of the equipment, and back – data on a real run of the equipment (engine hours), coefficient of its loading, etc. can be transferred in the systems of operational production management from 1C in MasterSCADA.

Information obtained by MasterSCADA from 1C can be used as direct tasks for the managed equipment. And data from MasterSCADA can be analyzed by the accounting system and be used for creation of reports and other managerial transactions.

The essential flexibility in creation of automated systems is provided also by a broad set of universal interfaces MasterSCADA which in addition to the listed functionality in interaction with 1C, can also act as the program bridge between 1C and any other production systems.
